About this task
This online marketplace for children's clothing (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Project Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Reviews a troubled project and recommends next steps.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Romania works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).
What you deliver
- Review a six-month delayed project and deliver a recovery plan in one week.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
