About this task
This Packaged-food brand in natural personal care (11–50 employees) is looking for a senior Project Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Reviews a troubled project and recommends next steps.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It sells consumer goods through retailers, so planning cycles run to a fixed monthly calendar.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Georgia, so this one is for residents there. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Review a six-month delayed project and deliver a recovery plan in one week.
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
