About this task
This hotel group with city hotels (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Project Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Reviews a troubled project and recommends next steps.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.
The team sits in Arnhem. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Review a six-month delayed project and deliver a recovery plan in one week.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
