About this task

This online learning platform for corporate training (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: Operations & Project Management for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 5–12 h a week. Rates AI project plans for sequence, risk and realism.

Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It works in education, with a calendar built around terms and enrolment peaks.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Slovakia works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.

What you deliver

• Rate 40 AI-generated project plans for dependencies, timelines and risks and justify each score.
• A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
• Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
• Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines

What a week looks like

• Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
• Monday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
• Tuesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

Duration: Weekly batches for 8 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
