About this task
This Series B subscription commerce company for refurbished electronics (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: Operations & Project Management for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 5–12 h a week. Rates AI project plans for sequence, risk and realism.
Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Lithuania works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Rate 40 AI-generated project plans for dependencies, timelines and risks and justify each score.
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
What a week looks like
- Thursday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Tuesday: main working block (4 hours)
- Friday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
