About this task
This Series A generative-AI startup for finance teams (51–200 employees) is looking for a director AI Evaluator: Operations & Project Management for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 5–12 h a week. Rates AI project plans for sequence, risk and realism.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It builds AI products and needs human experts to check what the models produce.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Germany.
What you deliver
- Rate 40 AI-generated project plans for dependencies, timelines and risks and justify each score.
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Wednesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
