About this task
This online travel company with resorts (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Project Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Scope, milestones, owners and a plan agreed at kickoff.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.
The team sits in Jacksonville. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Create the plan, RACI and risk list for a CRM rollout and run the kickoff meeting.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
