About this task
This construction group in student housing (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager PMO & Program Support for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Scores new requests so leaders choose well.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.
The company prefers a person who can come to Jackson for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CT).
What you deliver
- Score 12 requests by value, effort and risk and prepare the portfolio view.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
