About this task
This proptech company in residential development (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior PMO & Program Support for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–8 h a week. Consolidated status across projects with RAG ratings.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.

- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like

- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Wednesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
