About this task
This Series B digital wealth platform for marketplaces (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager PMO & Program Support for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–8 h a week. Consolidated status across projects with RAG ratings.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.
The team sits in Modena. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Compile the weekly status pack for 10 projects and highlight decisions for the steering committee.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Friday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Friday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
