About this task
This Series B direct-to-consumer brand for pet products (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager PMO & Program Support for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–8 h a week. Consolidated status across projects with RAG ratings.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.
The team sits in Linköping. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Compile the weekly status pack for 12 projects and highlight decisions for the steering committee.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Monday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Tuesday: main working block (3 hours)
- Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
