About this task
This Series B collaboration software company for retailers (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior PMO & Program Support for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–8 h a week. Consolidated status across projects with RAG ratings.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from France. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Compile the weekly status pack for 8 projects and highlight decisions for the steering committee.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Thursday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Monday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
