About this task

This recruiting platform (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior PMO & Program Support for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–8 h a week. Consolidated status across projects with RAG ratings.

The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It works in staffing and HR technology, and the team is used to external specialists.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Finland. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

• Compile the weekly status pack for 12 projects and highlight decisions for the steering committee.
• A written update every Friday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
• Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
• A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends

What a week looks like

• Monday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
• Thursday: main working block (3 hours)
• Friday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
