About this task
This recruiting platform for small businesses (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior B2B Content Writer for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Clear release notes that customers actually read.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It works in staffing and HR technology, and the team is used to external specialists.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in New Mexico, so this one is for residents there. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (MT).
What you deliver
- Write monthly release notes and a customer email from the product team's change log.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Friday: main working block (1 hours)
- Monday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
