About this task
This Series B web3 infrastructure company in compliance tooling (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Product Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. A roadmap with reasons: what to build now, next and not at all.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It works in digital assets, where compliance and record keeping are a daily topic.
The company prefers a person who can come to Eisenzicken for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Turn 40 requests and a strategy memo into a six-month roadmap with scoring, trade-offs and a one-page rationale.
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 8: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
