About this task
This brand and creative agency for travel brands (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a director Product Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. A roadmap with reasons: what to build now, next and not at all.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It is an agency, so work is organised around client campaigns and approval rounds.
The company prefers a person who can come to Arad for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).
What you deliver
- Turn 60 requests and a strategy memo into a six-month roadmap with scoring, trade-offs and a one-page rationale.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
