About this task
This construction group in logistics warehouses (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Procurement & Vendor Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Thresholds, approvals and buying rules.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Cyprus works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).
What you deliver
- Write a procurement policy with approval levels and a purchase request form.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
