About this task
This construction group in commercial property (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Vendor Contract Reviewer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Standard purchase terms and schedules.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.
The company prefers a person who can come to Zaanstad for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Draft purchase order terms and a services schedule for the procurement team.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
