About this task

This Travel-technology company in tours and activities (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Operations Manager for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 12–24 h a month. Finds where a process loses time and fixes the worst steps.

A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.

The team sits in Rimini. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.

What you deliver

• Map the order-to-cash process, time each step and deliver five fixes with owners and expected savings.
• The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
• A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
• A month-end summary with hours used against the cap

What a month looks like

• Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
• Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
• Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month

Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.

• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
