About this task
This industrial manufacturer supplying aerospace (5,000+ employees) is looking for a director Operations Manager for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 12–24 h a month. Finds where a process loses time and fixes the worst steps.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It manufactures physical products, and the office team works to month-end and plant schedules.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Netherlands works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
