This construction group in student housing (11–50 employees) is looking for a director Fractional CFO for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Margin, payback and contribution by product or segment, with a recommendation.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.

How the work runs

- Days 2 to 8: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
