About this task
This Series C clinical data company (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a director Fractional CFO for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Margin, payback and contribution by product or segment, with a recommendation.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Sweden. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Calculate CAC payback and gross margin by plan from Stripe and CRM exports and recommend pricing changes.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
