About this task
This renewable energy developer in energy storage (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Policy & Handbook Writer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Updates policies after law or business changes.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It is an energy business with strict compliance and reporting cycles.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Germany works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Review ten policies against recent changes and deliver tracked updates.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
