About this task

This Restaurant-technology company in bakery products (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Compliance Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Compares policies against a regulation or standard.

A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It produces and sells food and drink, with seasonal peaks and strict labelling rules.

The team sits in Joplin. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CT).

What you deliver

• Compare the information security policy against ISO 27001 controls and list gaps.
• The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
• A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
• A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope

How the work runs

• Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
• Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
• Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
