About this task
This property and casualty insurer for travel (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: HR for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–8 h a week. Checks AI-written HR policies for errors and local-law fit.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Spain works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Check 15 AI-written policies for the UK and the US and list statements that would not hold in practice.
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
What a week looks like
- Monday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Wednesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
