About this task
This Public-sector services provider (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior AI Evaluator: HR for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–8 h a week. Checks AI-written HR policies for errors and local-law fit.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It supplies the public sector, so documentation follows contract rules.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in New York, so this one is for residents there.
What you deliver
- Check 15 AI-written policies for the UK and the US and list statements that would not hold in practice.
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
What a week looks like
- Thursday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Friday: main working block (3 hours)
- Tuesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: Weekly batches for 8 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
