About this task
This retail chain with 40 stores (201–500 employees) is looking for an executive Fractional General Counsel for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Checks the main policies and obligations.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It is a retailer with stores and an online channel, and the team works to a weekly trading rhythm.
The team sits in Brantford. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
