About this task
This regional bank focused on commercial property (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Policy & Handbook Writer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Communication and tracking for a new policy.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It is a regulated bank; the work is documented and reviewed before anything is signed off.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Germany works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Plan the rollout of the new handbook with email, FAQ and acknowledgement tracking.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
