About this task
This property and casualty insurer for homeowners (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager PMO & Program Support for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Standard project templates with short guidance on when and how to use each.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Sweden. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Write project charter, status and closure templates with usage guidance.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 7: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
