About this task
This industrial manufacturer making industrial pumps (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior PMO & Program Support for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Standard project templates with short guidance on when and how to use each.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It manufactures physical products, and the office team works to month-end and plant schedules.
The team sits in Berlin. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Write project charter, status and closure templates with usage guidance.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
