About this task
This fashion retailer selling electronics (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior SQL & ETL Support for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Finds why a load failed and fixes or escalates it.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It is a retailer with stores and an online channel, and the team works to a weekly trading rhythm.
The team sits in Tallinn. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).
What you deliver
- Monitor overnight loads, resolve failures and write a short incident note for each one.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A written update every Friday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Thursday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Friday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
