About this task
This legal services provider for start-ups (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior SQL & ETL Support for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Finds why a load failed and fixes or escalates it.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It is a law firm; confidentiality is absolute and every file is handled under supervision.
The team sits in Fayetteville. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Monitor overnight loads, resolve failures and write a short incident note for each one.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Friday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Thursday: main working block (2 hours)
- Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
