About this task
This electronics manufacturer supplying the auto industry (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Payroll Specialist for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Moves payroll to a new provider with a parallel run.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It manufactures physical products, and the office team works to month-end and plant schedules.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Italy works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
