About this task
This telecom software company in IoT connectivity (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Payroll Specialist for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Prepares a clean handover when a company changes payroll provider in Europe.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It is a telecom company, with large datasets and long-running programmes.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Italy. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Build the employee, pay element and year-to-date file for 100 people moving to a new payroll provider.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
