About this task
This packaging manufacturer supplying aerospace (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Payroll Specialist for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Prepares a clean handover when a company changes payroll provider in Europe.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It manufactures physical products, and the office team works to month-end and plant schedules.
The team sits in Athens. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).
What you deliver
- Build the employee, pay element and year-to-date file for 75 people moving to a new payroll provider.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
