About this task

This Food-supply cooperative (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Compensation & Benefits Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Looks for unexplained pay gaps and recommends fixes.

A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It is an agri-business, so the calendar follows the growing season.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Slovakia works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.

What you deliver

  • Run a pay equity analysis for 200 employees and list adjustments with costs.
  • A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
  • The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
  • One round of edits after the company's review is included

How the work runs

  • Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
  • Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
  • Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

  • You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
