About this task
This Last-mile delivery company with cross-border freight (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Compensation & Benefits Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Looks for unexplained pay gaps and recommends fixes.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It moves goods for customers, so the data is operational and updated daily.
The team sits in Paris. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Run a pay equity analysis for 120 employees and list adjustments with costs.
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 8: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
