About this task
This Series A digital health company (11–50 employees) is looking for a manager Pricing & Competitive Analyst for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–20 h a month. Looks at which features drive plan choice and upgrades.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Utah, so this one is for residents there. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (MT).
What you deliver
- Analyse feature usage by plan to propose a three-tier structure with a rationale.
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
