About this task

This Series C customer-support software company for construction firms (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Pricing & Competitive Analyst for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–20 h a month. Looks at which features drive plan choice and upgrades.

A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.

The company prefers a person who can come to Naples for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

  • Analyse feature usage by plan to propose a three-tier structure with a rationale.
  • A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
  • A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
  • The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result

What a month looks like

  • Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
  • Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
  • Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month

Duration: 8 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
