About this task

This mobility company in aftermarket parts (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Pricing & Competitive Analyst for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–20 h a month. Looks at which features drive plan choice and upgrades.

A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It is an automotive business with long programme cycles and a strong paper trail.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Germany. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start.

What you deliver

  • Analyse feature usage by plan to propose a three-tier structure with a rationale.
  • The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
  • A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
  • A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week

What a month looks like

  • Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
  • Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
  • Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month

Duration: 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.

  • A habit of asking one clarifying question early rather than five late

Not included

  • Work outside the scope written in the brief; extra items are quoted separately
  • On-call availability outside the agreed window
  • Travel or work at a fixed location

How you get paid

  • The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
  • Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
  • You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
  • You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
