About this task

This hospitality operator in short-term rentals (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager Payroll Specialist for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Collects benefits in kind and prepares the P11D figures before the July deadline.

It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.

The team sits in Swindon. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (UK time).

What you deliver

  • Collect company cars, medical cover and loans for 25 employees and prepare the P11D and P11D(b) working papers.
  • One round of edits after the company's review is included
  • The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
  • A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer

How the work runs

  • Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
  • Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
  • Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
