About this task
This Series B subscription commerce company for refurbished electronics (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Fractional HR Business Partner for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Reporting lines, titles and levels in a clear framework.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.
The team sits in Uppsala. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Create a career framework with five levels for product and engineering teams.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 8: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.

How you get paid
