About this task

This legal services provider advising lenders (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: Operations & Project Management for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–8 h a week. Writes real operating problems for model testing.

The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It is a law firm; confidentiality is absolute and every file is handled under supervision.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Poland.

What you deliver

• Write 25 operations questions about vendors, capacity and handoffs with enough context to answer.
• Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
• A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
• Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field

What a week looks like

• Monday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
• Tuesday: main working block (3 hours)
• Thursday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
