About this task
This Series B applied AI company for drug discovery (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: Operations & Project Management for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–8 h a week. Writes real operating problems for model testing.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It builds AI products and needs human experts to check what the models produce.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Italy works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Write 20 operations questions about vendors, capacity and handoffs with enough context to answer.
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
What a week looks like
- Friday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Thursday: main working block (3 hours)
- Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
