About this task

This automotive supplier in aftermarket parts (51–200 employees) is looking for a director Operations Manager for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. A senior operator's view on one decision.

A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. It is an automotive business with long programme cycles and a strong paper trail.

The work is fully remote. Any location in United Kingdom works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included.

What you deliver

• Review a scale-up plan for a support and fulfilment team and answer three questions on hiring order.
• No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
• Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them
• A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session

How the work runs

• Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
• Days 2 to 3: the work, with questions answered the same day
• Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
