Operations Leadership Hour

About this task

This streaming and audio company in education (11–50 employees) is looking for a manager Operations Manager for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. A senior operator's view on one decision.

The company has one decision to take and wants a senior view before it does. It publishes content on a schedule, so editorial deadlines are fixed.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Finland works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included.

What you deliver

• Review a scale-up plan for a support and fulfilment team and answer three questions on hiring order.
• Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them
• No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
• A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session

How the work runs

• Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
• Days 2 to 3: the work, with questions answered the same day
• Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
