About this task
This Series B digital health company (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Data Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. A tracked set of operating metrics that stays current.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The company prefers a person who can come to Seattle for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Build and maintain a monthly KPI workbook for operations with automatic refreshes from the database.
- A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Thursday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Tuesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
