About this task
This Series B telehealth provider for dental practices (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Data Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. A tracked set of operating metrics that stays current.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The team sits in San Jose. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (PT).
What you deliver
- Build and maintain a monthly KPI workbook for operations with automatic refreshes from the database.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Monday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Tuesday: main working block (1 hours)
- Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
