About this task
This E-commerce platform for outdoor gear (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Data Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. A tracked set of operating metrics that stays current.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.
The team sits in Orlando. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Build and maintain a monthly KPI workbook for operations with automatic refreshes from the database.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Monday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Friday: main working block (1 hours)
- Tuesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
