About this task
This Series C embedded-finance provider for nonprofits (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Data Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. A tracked set of operating metrics that stays current.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.
The team sits in Billings. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (MT).
What you deliver
- Build and maintain a monthly KPI workbook for operations with automatic refreshes from the database.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Friday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Monday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Friday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
